Diffusers
Reed Diffusers are a great alternative to candles. Diffusers are great for the office, areas with small children or pets, and anywhere else that a flame isn't the best way to fragrance your space. We all know the risks and issues with burning candles. The soot they create can easily cause damage to walls, the wax can spill, and fires can start if you aren’t careful. These are all great reasons to get a reed diffuser. While a diffuser will never be as potent as a candle, they are perfect for that year round scent in your home.
The price of a diffuser reflects the amount of essential oils used as well as the throw (throw being the distance you can be from the diffuser and still smell it). So you can only imagine how much alcohol is used instead of oils in a five dollar diffuser. When you pay a little more, you’ll get a diffuser that will fill the room with quality fragrance from the best possible essential oils.
When used properly, a good diffuser should last you at least 3 months. You’ll need to flip the reeds every few weeks in order to prevent clogging. If you find yourself a few months in flipping the reeds to no effect, try buying replacement reeds. As long as there is still oil in the glass, you should be able to smell it.
